Metal Pro Buildings is a top-rated company that distributes prefabricated steel building products across Canada and the United States. We’re hiring an Entry Level Content Write at our head office in North York. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.

If you have online writing experience, and particularly as a content writer working with a small business, we’d love to chat.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute content plans and strategies.
- Creating Ad Copy
- Develop, write and edit content that both reflects our brand and is formatted for SEO, including blog posts, promotional material, informational guides, social media posts and video scripts
- Conduct research using a variety of methods including personal interviews with industry professionals.
- Manage content for our social media feeds, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, while identifying trends to increase user engagement
- Research emerging content marketing trends and present to senior marketing staff as needed
- Edit and refine miscellaneous content as needed
- Self-starter who can take the initiative with little to no supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication is a must
- Positive and assertive individual that has taken quality seriously
- Diligence and quality - attention to small details such a grammar, spelling, punctuation
- Must be well-organized with the ability to balance simultaneous projects and deadlines

**Schedule**:
**Hybrid Schedule shift**

**Mon - Fri - 10:30 am to 4pm or**

**Mon - Fri - 2:30 pm to 8pm**

**Tuesday's & Thursday's - work from home.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
