**English/French Bilingual** Customer Service Representative** Shift**: Monday to Saturday (off Thursday or Friday); 10:30am - 7:00pm

**Schedule**: Hybrid
- 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

**Location**: Vaughan

**Reporting to**: Call Centre Supervisor

**Now that you know about us, we want to know more about you We are looking for someone who can**:

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

**We think it would be awesome if you have**:

- Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Bilingualism - English/French - verbal and written is required
- Call Centre experience an asset
- Professional attitude with excellent attendance record
- Must have excellent computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and like working in a team environment
