**We're Hiring: Foreman for Line Painting Crew** **About the Job**: We are a parking lot line painting company, and we’re currently hiring for a **Foreman** position. You’ll start as a helper and be trained into a foreman role—no prior experience required. This is physical, outdoor work best suited for active individuals who enjoy working outside and have a flexible schedule. **Dealbreakers - You Must Be Able to Say "Yes" to the Following**: - Will this be your only job? - Do you have a valid driver’s license? - Are you comfortable driving a 1-ton vehicle (12-foot cube van)? - Can you park a 12-foot cube van at or near your home? - Can you work jobs with as little as 24 hours notice? - Are you ok with getting 35 hrs a week on average? - This is a seasonal job ending in November and starting back up in March. Is this ok? - Do you have full access to a vehicle? (shared vehicles do not count, sorry) **What You'll Be Doing**: - Painting parking lines, arrows, curbing, speed bumps, letters, numbers, and logos using gas-powered spray machines. - Working in a two-person crew: one foreman and one helper. - Day shift work ranging between 6am-6pm. - Nightshift work (when needed) **Wages**: - Training: $20/hour (first 2 weeks) - After training: $25/hour - Foreman rate: $30/hour (once you are driving a company vehicle) **Hours**: - Approx. 35 hours per week - Weekend work required (but never two weekends in a row) **Requirements**: - **Full availability** with flexibility for varying start times - **Own vehicle** to travel to changing job sites - **Attention to detail** - we take pride in doing meticulous work - **Physically active** - the job involves a lot of walking **Who This Job Suits**: This role is ideal for young, single individuals who enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and having winters off. **Ready to apply?** If you meet all the requirements above and are interested in joining our team, we’d love to hear from you Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision care Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Weekends as needed Application question(s): - Do you have full access to a vehicle?
