**Overview of Job**:
As a Jewellery Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, your key role will be to provide guidance to the clients through every step of the process by gathering their needs, providing detailed information, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring they have a memorable experience.

**As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will**:

- Meet and exceed client expectations by guiding clients through the entire process of jewellery selection, explaining and recommending features based on client needs.
- Inspect and process incoming completed custom jewellery pieces to inform for after-care such as service, sizing, and repairs.
- Maintain timely communication and follow up on client requests and orders at every point in the service inquiry.
- Develop and foster long term relationships with clients to maintain a client portfolio for follow up and to address any further needs.
- Stay informed on current jewellery collections, craftsmanship, and industry trends to educate clients and provide an elevated in-store experience.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented sales environment by supporting fellow associates and participating in store goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies including inventory control, POS procedures, and security protocols.
- Assist management with maintaining cleanliness, security and meeting brand expectations to promote a top-notch service experience.
- Ensure that all clients are met with exceptional standards of client care, keeping in mind the Raffi Jewellers philosophy of excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**We’d love to hear from individuals who**:

- Have 2 or more years of experience in luxury sales, background knowledge and experience in fine jewellery is preferred.
- Are responsive and can communicate effectively with a diverse client base, with proven ability to assess client needs and provide top-notch solutions.
- Have a desire to work collaboratively within a team and committed to treating team members with respect and empathy, contributing to a positive working environment.
- Are client-forward thinkers and dedicated to cultivating and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients.
- Are curious, adaptable and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required. Bilingualism considered an asset.
