- a self directed, passionate, and goal oriented individual with at least 2 years of luxury jewellery experience or equivalent education/experience.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Gems and raw material Inventory control
- Project and Material prep, and distribution to jewellers
- Coordination of jewellery production
- General administrative support for the team
- Monthly reports, Expense reports and costing sheets
- Data entry and Database management
- Jewellery Certificates and documentation.
- Has gems and diamond sales and jewellery experience
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, fine metals, jewellery construction
- Experience selling luxury jewellery
- Fashion forward and creative (understands trends and can come up with design ideas for clients)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (must be very personable and very friendly)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, weekends and holidays.
- Good organization and learning skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team -Ability to work well with customers, peers and management.
- Passionate about jewellery, fashion and design
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
- Must be located in Toronto or nearby to commute.
Demonstrates an excellent product knowledge and offer appropriate jewellery selection based on client's feedback

Pay Rate: Based on education and experience

**Experience**:

- luxury jewellery: 2 years (required)

**Location**:

- Toronto, ON (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
