**Description sommaire du poste: DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL EXCEL MOTO**
- Directeur Général qui répond à l'administration de **Groupe Automobile Desjardins** de l'entreprise et de son rendement; il est responsable de tous les directeurs.
- Gérer et diriger la concession en fonction de ses objectifs fondamentaux basés sur le profit et le rendement des capitaux en exécutant personnellement les tâches suivantes ou en les déléguant à des directeurs subalternes.
- Assumer la responsabilité du maintien de la clientèle et de la rentabilité de chaque service de la concession.
- Assumer ces responsabilités en adoptant des pratiques commerciales de gestion saines.
- Planifier et coordonner les activités de l'équipe de gestion et la motiver.

- Excel Moto offers a wide variety of new or used scooters and motorcycles, ATVs and mechanical products. The biggest brands are available: from Piaggio to Aprilia via Vespa, Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha. We offer quality service in Montreal for a routine check or more important repairs. **Summary description of the position: EXCEL MOTO GENERAL MANAGER**
- General Manager who answers to the administration of **Groupe Automobile Desjardins** for the management of the company and its performance; he is responsible for all directors.
- Manage and direct the dealership according to its fundamental objectives based on profit and return on capital by personally performing the following tasks or delegating them to subordinate managers.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining customer base and profitability of each dealership department.
- Fulfill these responsibilities by adopting sound business management practices.
- Plan and coordinate management team activities and motivation.
- Maintain good standing with the Manufacturers.

**Salary**: Up to $175,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
