**Nature du poste**:
Relevant du Directeur - Contrôle de coûts, l’Analyste financier - Contrôle de coûts est un membre clé de l'équipe de contrôle de coûts pour un projet d’infrastructure majeur et est responsable des coûts de projets ainsi que du reporting pendant toute la durée du projet.

**Tâches**et responsabilités**:

- Comprendre la portée du projet, les besoins et les livrables;
- Aligner la portée des travaux avec la structure du consortium en fonction des besoins des parties prenantes;
- Préparer les outils de contrôle de coûts nécessaires afin de remonter clairement les informations;
- Préparer les rapports de performance;
- Élaborer un budget de projets, en assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des prévisions;
- Responsable de la mise en place de procédures de contrôle de coûts;
- Élaborer et mettre à jour les rapports de coûts périodiques (quotidien, hebdomadaire, mensuel, trimestriel) afin de tenir la direction informée de l’évolution du projet;
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de projet afin de suivre les coûts et d’identifier les écarts par rapport au plan initial afin d’améliorer la rentabilité du projet;
- Travailler étroitement avec la direction afin de l’aviser de risques pouvant impacter le bénéfice du projet, son échéancier ou la relation avec le client;
- Maintenir à jour un registre de risques complet et faire des examens de risque;
- Préparer et tenir à jour la trésorerie du projet;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en génie civil (atout);
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des projets d’infrastructure majeur pour un entrepreneur général;
- Bonne communication écrite et orale (français et anglais);
- Maitrise des logiciels de MS Office et connaissance de MS Project;
- Très bonne capacité d’analyse et aptitude à synthétiser et interpréter des informations;
- Bon niveau de planification, de contrôle et une orientation vers les résultats
- Respect des échéanciers;
- Connaissance des aspects comptables de la gestion des coûts de revient (atout);
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer les priorités et à performer sous la pression.
