**Press Operator**, you will take pride in knowing you helped create quality products that are enjoyed by customers internationally.

We operate 3 shifts
- days, afternoons, and midnights.
- Day and afternoon shift - Monday-Friday, voluntary overtime on Saturdays
- Overnight shift
- Sunday-Thursday, occasional overtime
- Shift preference will be accommodated as best we can in accordance with availability and staffing needs.
- _ Safety Shoes are required._

**Your Responsibilities**:
The Press Operator safely operates a press machine which produces the final product. How does this look? You will be:

- Mixing materials
- Filling and weighing buckets
- Pouring materials into the press molds
- Watching the press mold the material to ensure proper operation
- Removing finished parts from the press
- Trimming and stacking materials
- Preparing and packaging products for shipping
- Monitoring machines for signs of damage and irregularities
- Inspecting finished product to ensure excellent quality
- Documenting daily production numbers
- Adhering to all safety procedures and company policies
- Other duties as needed

**Your Qualifications**:

- Reliable transportation, excellent attendance
- Time-management skills and positive attitude
- Good physical stamina:

- Standing for the duration of your shift
- Able to lift more than 30 lbs. repeatedly over 8-hour shift
- Working in the heat
- Fast-paced and high-pressure work environment
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
