Job Summary:
The Part-Time Logistics Coordinator will assist in managing the scheduling of drivers for the pick-up and delivery of shipment boxes, as well as handling administrative tasks such as monitoring supplies, processing sales invoices, and coordinating the delivery of goods to consignment partners. This role is ideal for someone with basic administrative experience who is looking to expand their skills in logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Driver Scheduling: Assist in coordinating the daily schedules of drivers to ensure efficient and timely pick-ups and deliveries of shipment boxes and consignment goods.

Route Planning: Help with planning routes to optimize travel time and costs, ensuring smooth operations for both primary and consignment deliveries.

Inventory Monitoring: Track and manage the inventory of supplies and consignment goods, ensuring that necessary items are stocked and orders are placed as needed.

Sales Invoice Processing: Assist in processing and tracking sales invoices related to the delivery of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Consignment Support: Help coordinate the delivery and replenishment of consignment goods to various establishments, ensuring all deliveries meet required standards.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for drivers and customers, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any basic inquiries or issues.

Reporting: Maintain basic records, documentation, and monitoring needed for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Some experience in administrative work, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required.

**Skills**:Basic organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and customer service abilities.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time role with flexible working hours, which may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends depending on operational needs.
