**Port Hope Golf & Country Club** is located just a short drive form the greater Toronto area and offers an intimate, country setting with an atmosphere unparalleled by any other golf course in Ontario.

Are you passionate about food and love working in a fast-paced kithen with a one-of-a-kind view? We're looking for a **Seasonal Line Cook** to join our team at Port Hope Gold & Country Club, where great food meets beautiful lakeside greens This seasonal position will run until November 2025.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and care
- Work in a fast-paced environment preparing food to order on the line
- Read orders and prepare food in a timely manner
- Manage food preparation for special seasonal events and catering as required
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards
- Label, date, store, and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas
- Work collaboratively with all kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Safe Food Handlers certificate
- Previous kitchen or line cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, or institutional setting preferred
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team
- Available to work varied shifts as assigned
