**We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Associate fluent in Spanish and English.**

Industry Workwear is a locally owned and operated Workwear and Safety store with two locations servicing the Valley and the Tri Cities.

**Location**:Coquitlam - 105- 2733 Barnet Highway, Coquitlam BC, V3E 1K9

**Hours per week**:13-21
Must be available both weekends as well as weekdays

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to help them select the most suitable safety boots, workwear, and safety products.
- Willingness to learn about the products we carry.
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring that the right products are selected through our POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Receiving orders, record and price new inventory.
