Position Overview
Purelux Canada Floors Inc manufactures and distributes Engineered hardwood flooring, laminate and luxury vinyl flooring for residential and commercial use.
We are currently seeking an experienced territory manager to join our sales team This position is responsible for executing the sales plan for Eastern Ontario.A Territory Sales Manager is required to maintain and increase market share in a geographical area. This is accomplished through the development of good relationships with the customer based on knowledge, service, trust and integrity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily sales calls on existing customers with special emphasis on the sale flooring products, samples, displays, and related floor products.
- Must present products to the retail dealers
- Must continually prospect for viable new accounts while developing a keen awareness of what is happening within their designated geographic area.
- Analyze sales statistics by reviewing computer reports specific to his/her territory to aid in formulating goals and to assist dealers in promoting sales.
- Monitor industry and competitor products to meet changing market and competitive conditions and report to Regional Manager.
- Identify potential product, business, and sales opportunities to Regional Manager.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager to provide short, medium, and long-term strategic sales plans.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in flooring related industry is required.
- This position requires the ability to interface with a diverse group of customers in a friendly and respectable manner.
- Territory Managers must travel in a vehicle that can carry a number of product sample boards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $78,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
