**What you would engage in**:
The Marketing Assistant will work with the Corporate Marketing Group to develop graphics and communications pieces for the company. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for the coordination and design of graphic assets and communications pieces. The role of Marketing Assistant comes with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule between home and our Vancouver office. It will provide you with the opportunity to support:

- Graphic Design - Assist with design and updates to KCB marketing materials.
- Website and Social Media - Up-date external website and social media account content as directed, and support the development of new content.
- Support content updates for our intranet site
- Administrative - Assist with the administration of various Marketing initiatives, including company events, and ESG initiatives.
- Take on research, tracking, and reporting for awards submissions and marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing tasks or special projects, as required.

**What we require**:
We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. We do however require the following qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree or certification in marketing, graphic design, or 2 years of related experience.
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of web design fundamentals and best practices, including WordPress.
- Must be organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
