We are seeking part
- or full-time applicants with a variety of shifts available to suit your schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must comply with all aspects of the Blueprint Management Code of Conduct and establishment policies;
Maintains good communication with Hosts, Expediters, Bartenders and management, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations;
Advises guests of special items, accurately takes drink and food orders, delivers when ready
Acts in quality control capacity for every item served, assesses customer satisfaction at critical service points (at service, immediately after, following meal)
Seeks out opportunities to personalize the guest experience, within acceptable professional parameters
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
previous hospitality experience preferred, but training is provided
passionate about customer experience
highly collaborative
adaptable, able to prioritize and make decisions with agility
Serving It Right certification
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a busy bar/restaurant service role
Knowledge of products (food and beverage) relevant to our brand
