Antipastos is seeking individuals to work in our Hot Table Department. The Hot Table offers a variety of prepared foods, salads and subs to order. Responsibilities of the Hot Table Attendant include: taking and inputting orders, informing customers of daily specials, preparing and expediting food. Friendly and prompt customer service skills are essential. Antipastos fosters an environment of positive values and a commitment to excellence. Respect, co operation, support, flexibility, open and honest communication are essential values. Antipastos' business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm. Closed all major holidays.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of all products.
- Greeting Customers.
- Knowledge of the Order Entry system.
- Understanding and interpretation of orders and the importance of making note of specific requests.
- Maintaining all aspects of safe food Handling Policies and Procedures.
- Maintaining quality service by practicing customer service standards.
- Ensuring compliance with the business policies, procedures, and Standards of Operation.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, stocked and orderly work area.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, legal, and healthy work environment.
- Fostering a spirit of teamwork and unity among co-workers
- Recommending system improvements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
