Discount Pool Supply is a division of International Pool and Spa Centers, a leading distributor, retail, and service provider of hot tubs, swimming pools, and recreational products in southern Ontario. We have 8 retail locations across Ontario, a fast-growing online business, and the largest fiberglass pool construction division in Ontario. We are a family-run and owned business that has been in operation for over 40 years.

**START DATE**: Immediately

**JOB TYPE**: Permanent, full-time

**LOCATION**: 4496 Chesswood Drive, North York.

**Position Overview**: As an E-commerce Customer Service and Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience across our online properties including our websites, Amazon and Walmart. This position involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting various operational tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of our e-commerce platform.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Order Processing**:

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate order shipment and delivery.
- Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Managing warranty claims and returns

**Operational Support**:

- Assist in inventory management, including stock level monitoring and restocking.
- Work closely with the logistics team to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
- Support various operational tasks to enhance overall efficiency

**Website maintenance**
- Update website product information
- Ensure orders, tracking etc. are working
- Add or delete new and old products

**Communication**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Provide feedback on customer inquiries and common issues to improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of previous experience in e-commerce customer service and operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial work environment.

Knowledge of swimming pool products or the retail industry is a plus.
