**Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows, frames, and other glass surfaces on residential and commercial buildings using specialized cleaning tools and solutions.
- Operate and maintain water-fed poles and other cleaning equipment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Inspect sites for safety hazards and plan cleaning operations based on site-specific conditions.
- Interact with clients professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Report job status and any issues encountered to the supervisor regularly.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and suggest improvements to cleaning processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a window cleaner or similar role.
- Familiarity with water-fed pole systems and eco-friendly cleaning practices preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in related field is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
