We are a charming and growing flower shop dedicated to creating beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions - from everyday moments to life's biggest celebrations. We're now looking for a reliable, creative, and organized **manager** to help lead our team and grow with us.

**Job Summary**:
The Flower Shop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, coordinating staff, and creating a welcoming, inspiring environment. A passion for flowers and a good sense of design is highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the flower shop
- Supervise and schedule staff
- Handle customer inquiries and orders (in-store, phone, and online)
- Oversee floral arrangement preparation and delivery logistics
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and equipment
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Train and support new staff in customer service and floral design basics
- Manage budgets, sales, and performance reports
- Assist with social media content and promotional campaigns (optional)
