The **Scheduling CSR **role is a position that encompasses end to end overview of work orders, contracts, communication with customers, builders, and our internal manufacturing operation all within the production of quality kitchens. Attention to detail is paramount throughout the entire process and an ability to multi-task while handling several contracts of various sizes is a key skill within the department.

You will be passionate about a CSR role and ensuring all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. You bring a detail-oriented passion and experience to the position. You possess the ability to spot and question flaws or errors in contracts, color codes, etc. while reviewing multiple varieties of documents as they cross your desk. You have exceptional communication skill, both verbal and written and possess a high degree of technical expertise.

You are a passionate individual when it comes to customer satisfaction and have been a CSR “lifer” for most of your career

If you happen to have experience in Construction or Kitchen processing, you are ahead of the game in securing this position.

**SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years experience in a related CSR role is preferred.
- Previous experience in Construction/Kitchen manufacturing is a significant benefit.
- Ability to multi-task at a high level
- Very Strong comprehension of the English language
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently.
