As a selling manager with maie, you love to talk to people. You drive our business and store results through personal selling, clienteling and effective training of the team.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Grow the business through exceptional customer service and top-performing sales
- Develop a clientele program
- Help continually recruit, train and develop talented individual leading to a high retention of key staff
- Motivate your team to provide excellent service that create lasting relationships with their customers
- Model the expectation and hold others accountable
- Utilize all systems to maximize store efficiency and enhance the customer experience

**Your Experience**
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong sales background and passionate about customer service
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
- A lover of style and fashion
- A leader with the proven ability to train others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
