What We're Looking For (ie, Qualifications): - Experience with creating, executing, and maintaining automated tests. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with developers, other QA team members, and cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with browser dev-tools for debugging (e.g., element inspector, console, network inspector) - The ability to intuitively distinguish between bugs, UX feedback, and feature requests is essential. - Friendly, approachable, and willing to help other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. - Proactive in sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights to help improve team processes and collective expertise. - Strong prioritization and time management skills to balance multiple projects and tasks effectively. - Reachable for occasional late deployments to ensure smooth releases and address any unexpected issues. - Expert at QA workflows, ticket management tools (e.g., Linear), and deployment activities. - Analytical mindset to identify potential issues early and suggest solutions proactively. - Familiarity with browser dev-tools for debugging (e.g., element inspector, console, network inspector).
