**mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.
Our eprocurement team at ASC is looking for a QA Analyst to work on a B2B ecommerce web platform. Under the supervision of the QA Team Lead, our QA Analyst will work closely with the Scrum team (product manager, business analyst and developers) to ensure the proper implementation of the client’s solution, while respecting established quality standards.
**What will your main responsibilities look like?**
In this role, you will be led to:
- Participate in all aspects of testing the eProcurement CLM platform. This includes functional review, planning functional and regression and integration tests, tracking anomalies and reporting results in an Agile environment.
- Analyze requirements to estimate testing effort required and contribute to the refinement of details for a specific functionality (“user story”).
- Create testing strategies and prepare detailed, functional test cases that verify requirements and validate functionality.
- Write clear, well-defined defects and stories (JIRA tools).
- Demonstrate integrity and initiative and work in collaboration with other QA and developers to improve the quality of deliverables and ensure that business needs are met.
- Create and maintain automated tests using Selenium/Python test framework in PyCharm.
- Actively contribute to the growth of product knowledge base and interface with external audiences and internal teams as needed.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize and evolve processes and work methods.
- Actively involved with the scrum framework and Microsoft Teams meetings.
**What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?**
- Experience working in software development teams with SCRUM and Agile methodologies
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in the field of software quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Jira defect tracking and X-ray test case management tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools (Selenium, Python, JMeter or others) is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer-related field.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Previous test automation development experience.
- Experience with Postman, SOAP, PyCharm, Bitbucket, AWS, Java, Jenkins, SQL, Linux.
- Understanding of Java, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery and Xpath.
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management software is an asset.
