**Wilsons Mechanical is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Moncton.**

Day-to-day, the Customer Service Representative will engage with potential clients at our kiosk at COSTCO, building relationships, answering their questions about heat pumps, and delivering excellent customer service, while capturing lead information to facilitate client quotes and heat pump installations. The Customer Service Representative may also spend some time in our Moncton office.

This role involves mínimal sales; the focus is on customer service and inputting leads. The role will eventually grow into an administrative/inside sales role.

- **Proficient in computer systems** and software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, scheduling software;
- **Able to stand for long periods** of time in a warehouse kiosk setting (COSTCO).

**Schedule**:
**Requirements**:

- Experience in an administrative role
- Drivers licence with a clean driving abstract (as driving between the office and the kiosk at COSTCO will be required)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- English is required; proficiency in French is an asset

**Compensation**:
This role earns a base rate of $16-$22/hour (depending on experience) plus commissions.
