We are seeking energetic, outgoing, customer-focused individuals for part time Meal Advisro (sales associate) at the **McPhillips** store in Winnipeg location (**2230 McPhillips Street**).

**THE POSITION: (Meal Advisor)**

Reporting to the Franchisee, the Meal Advisor completes a variety of duties common to a retail sales position. A strong focus on customer service is absolutely essential.

Additional responsibilities will include product consultation and sales, receiving deliveries, organizing and managing inventory, preparing and promoting product, light cleaning.

**THE PERSON**:

- Will build a friendly, professional rapport with customers and colleagues
- Can operate a Point of Sale system
- Is able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
- Can stand for extended periods of time, bend and twist in a cold freezer environment
- Understands that time starved, busy consumers want great meal advice.
- Takes a genuine interest in creating a delightful in-store experience.
- Base every decision on doing what’s right for the customer and the Brand.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week

**Salary**: $13.50-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
