**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and lengths of eyelash extensions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss services, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and client management.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of eyelash extension techniques is essential; certification or training in this area is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
