Miskara Beauty, a premier beauty salon specializing in lash extensions, is seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Lash Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash extension services, creating beautiful and customized looks that enhance our clients' natural beauty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look, providing recommendations based on their eye shape, natural lashes, and preferences.
- Ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients throughout the lash extension process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitization and sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest lash extension techniques, trends, and products, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to prolong the lifespan of lash extensions.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Lash Technician or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your lash extension work.
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and artistic ability to create customized lash looks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult with clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of proper hygiene and sanitation practices in the beauty industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client appointments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 2A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
