Partner Enablement Manager

Everything we do is for our customers, and we’re currently serving over 10,000+ e-commerce merchants, including : Steve Madden (linked case study), Timbuk2, Decathlon, and Sports Illustrated. They love us for our innovative product, our focus on their ecommerce needs, and, of course, our lightning-fast customer service response times. We raised a total of including x this year our $25 million Series B round in December 2020 and our $30 million Series C round this year. In between, share growth we more than doubled in size in every meaningful way: annual recurring revenue, the size of our customer base, and the size of our Gorgias team, for starters. **About the Team**:
The Partnerships team is hiring a Partner Enablement Manager to own partner communications, content, and events to drive results for our partner ecosystem. This is your chance to join a team that works closely with Gorgias Partners, who have brought on more than half of our current customers.
**Partnerships at Gorgias**
Our team supports over 2,000 partners, including some of the largest Technology Partners (Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo) and Agency Partners (The Stable, MuteSix, Blue Acorn).
The Partner Enablement team’s mission is to empower Gorgias Partners to sell, build a service model around, and retain clients on Gorgias so that they can grow their business and drive ROI for clients. We also support technology partnerships by building enablement materials and campaigns around integrations for partner sales and success teams.
**Reporting Team**
You will report to the Manager of Partner Enablement and work closely with the Partnerships team. You’ll also collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Education to notify partners of product releases, provide insight on how Gorgias compares to our competitors, and produce effective content to maximize engagement with our enablement program.
**What You'll Do**:
The Partner Enablement Manager will enable our ecosystem of partners to understand how Gorgias can help their clients scale. Your mission is to drive value for partners through Gorgias and to equip them with the tools to sell to, service, and retain merchants. As the Partner Enablement Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Own and maintain all partner resources and communications.
- Plan engaging Partner Town Halls (including in-person) that offer a mix of product and program knowledge.
- Equip our partners with competitive intelligence and integrations knowledge using one-pagers, battle cards, and setting up demo environments.
- Enable Partner Managers by developing our live enablement talk tracks (i.e. partner lunch and learns)
- Collaborate with the Partner Marketing, Product, Sales, and Support teams to create content for our monthly partner newsletter.
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop content that cements the Gorgias product as an industry leader.
- Contribute to constant content production that drives Partners back to the Partner Portal and Partner Academy.
- Continuously evaluate our partner program and tier benefits to see how we can provide more opportunities for partners.
**Who You Are**:
- Experience with partner programs in the SaaS industry
- Strong background in content creation
- Superb organizational skills as you’ll manage the information architecture of our partner portal
- Time management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills: You’ll be responsible for managing your own timeline for projects and reporting back to the team on your progress.
- Confidence in public speaking and live presentations
- Comfortable setting up new tools and working with an operations team
- Experience with video tools like Loom, Wistia, and/or Camtasia
- Experience with LMS tools (ex. Workramp)
- Passion for learning and growth mindset: You are always looking for opportunities to get better and develop.
**Bonus skills and experience**:
- Ecommerce experience in the Shopify ecosystem (you might have even run your own brand in the past or worked for an agency or tech partner)
- Designing, developing, and implementing interactive e-learning courses
- Background in education, enablement, partner marketing, or product marketing
- Technical understanding of APIs and some basic SQL knowledge
- Ability to create dashboards and track KPIs at a granular level
