- Conduct restoration work on existing structures as needed, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and woodworking principles.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing processes.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques to handle materials safely.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment related to framing tasks.
