Framer/carpenter Needed

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements
- Construct wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures as required
- Install siding and other exterior finishes according to project plans
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as necessary to complete tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or related fields
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and welding techniques is desirable
- Strong woodworking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
