**Job Description**:
As an Ocean & Air Dispatcher, you will oversee the coordination and dispatch of both ocean and air freight shipments. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods, communicating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams, and troubleshooting any operational issues that arise. The role requires strong organizational skills, a good understanding of logistics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Dispatch and coordinate ocean and air shipments, ensuring that all shipments are routed efficiently and cost-effectively.

Communicate with shipping carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to track shipments and resolve any issues.

Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, air waybills, and customs paperwork.

Monitor schedules and track cargo to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, status updates, and any issues that may arise.

Provide support for customer inquiries and update them on the status of their shipments.

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any operational or logístical issues that may impact delivery timelines.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in ocean and air freight dispatch or logistics preferred.

Strong knowledge of ocean and air shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in using logistics software and tracking systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $40,117.49-$76,193.45 per year
