**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Provide technical assistance and support for technology-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and foster teamwork.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.

**Qualifications**
- minimum 2-3 experience in retail sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- if you have experience in furniture industry there will be bonus to join.
- Experience in technology sales or technical knowledge is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to contribute to team success.

Pay: $36,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
