- Drive sales through suggestive selling and product expertise.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
- Create and update customer profile records.
- Follow up with customers on issues such as delayed or missing orders.
- Advise customers of any issues with products (e.g., delays, discontinued items).
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Promote preferred customer sales and future promotions.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with a focus on retention.

**Retail Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and showroom.
- Monitor competitor pricing and ensure price competitiveness within margin targets.
- Assist in inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Specialist to:

- Identify commonly paired products and create bundles.
- Recommend new brands to onboard.
- Establish pricing and content that aligns with supplier standards.
- Ensure all product content adheres to health claim compliance.

**Product Listing & E-Commerce**:

- Add and manage products in Shopify, including:

- Product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs, variants, and tags.
- Generate SEO-friendly product descriptions using AI tools (training provided).
- Ensure formatting, categorization, and product data consistency.
- Update prices and maintain pricing accuracy.
- Identify and resolve listing errors or inconsistencies.
- Create collections, categories, and filters as needed to enhance customer navigation.

**Warehouse Duties (As Needed)**:

- Support warehouse operations during peak times or absences:

- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and stock inventory using barcode scanners.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager.

**Additional Details**:

- **This is a full-time role only**, with a fixed schedule of **Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM**.
- Compensation is **$18/hour**.
- This role requires flexibility to support warehouse operations as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
