Sedgman is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Intermediate **Resourcing Advisor**to join our team, supporting our Vancouver, BC office location.

**What does this role involve ? Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Communicate relevant market intelligence to support proactive search initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to provide information on competitors, key talent/skills movement and current market activity

**What are we looking for in our future team member ? Qualifications**:
- Related qualification in HR or relevant business-related experience in recruiting.-
- Strong research and talent sourcing skills using various online platforms and data sources.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable cloud-based applicant tracking systems is highly desired-
- Strong understanding of Canadian and American market, labor laws and employment standards.- Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
