As our Clinic Associate, you are an extremely detail orientated individual who has a passion for providing our patients the best possible care. You come to the table with a wealth of knowledge about different medical equipment and a strong technical aptitude. You enjoy a role that requires you to perform a wide variety of duties (some might call you a ‘Jack/Jill of all Trades’), including troubleshooting medical equipment, providing extraordinary customer service to our patients, playing a key role in our Sleep and Oxygen programs, to being computer savvy and working on various software systems.

You are recognized as a great communicator and can work independently. You also like to take ownership of your role, and always look for opportunities to do things more efficiently. You’re no stranger to hard work (you enjoy it, actually). You appreciate being a part of an awesome team, and you pitch in to help them wherever it’s needed. The words ‘that’s not my job’ isn’t part of your vocabulary, but ‘customer first’ is.

**As a Clinic Associate, you will**:

- Be extremely detail oriented as you will be supporting the CPAP and Oxygen customers with their therapy.
- Play a key role in our private sleep program by setting up the Home Sleep Test devices, uploading the data for review once the device has been returned and monitoring test kit accessory levels to ensure we have the supplies required for anticipated test volumes.
- Maintain and input client information into our patient record software and relevant databases and always protect the confidentiality of their personal and financial information.
- Oversee equipment cleaning/reprocessing work.
- Review data transmission for sleep devices for our Sleep Apnea patients.
- Provide clinic related support to our team on a need be basis.
- Having a minimum of 5 years experience in a medical based environment is considered an asset.
- Hold an ‘all clear’ status on the background checks required for the position.
- Be comfortable and familiar with the Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Have previous computer experience in a medical database or medical EMR’s considered an asset.
- Have a valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s License with a clear driving abstract (required).
