**Project Management Intern - 2025 JANUARY INTERNSHIP (12 MONTH DURATION PREFERRED)**

**Port Elgin, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid working arrangement of up to 3 days per week onsite)**

**About the Opportunity**

The Project Management Intern is accountable for supporting Project Managers in the delivery of engineering, manufacturing and outage projects for our customers within the CANDU Nuclear industry.

**What will you do?**

Your day to day:

- Support Project Managers in execution of the full project lifecycles from proposal through to implementation including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and close-out. Day to day responsibilities including:

- Tracking project actions and following up with owners to ensure on-time completion
- Support project cost and scheduling activities as required
- Maintain project documentation in accordance with contract and quality assurance requirements
- Generate internal and external project status reports
- Collect, input and organize project data from various sources, including documentation and distribution of project meeting minutes
- Ensure regular clear, consistent and accurate communication with project stakeholders.
- Travel to customer and other office locations as required

**What will you bring?**

Who you are:

- Pursuing a Bachelors degree - Engineering or Project Management field preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, clear and concise
- Proficient in excel and Microsoft programs
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing or project management through a combination of work and study is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Canadian Nuclear Industry is an asset
