**JOB OVERVIEW**

The Store Attendant is responsible for selling, keeping an inventory of all products, managing the boutique organization, product levels and aesthetic, assisting guests in merchandise selection and providing knowledge of each product. They greet visitors returning from the end of the experience and provide quality customer service in the store. They inquire on visitors’ experiences and engage with them to encourage purchases to enhance their overall experience.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and welcome guests to the boutique, giving a personalized experience;
- Responsible for all transactions with on-site sales and engage in upselling, cross-selling;
- Maintain brand standards of the store: restocking, cleaning, folding, product facing, etc;
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory of merchandise;
- Remain up-to-date on all promotions and offers and inform visitors during their purchase process;
- Listen and answer visitor questions and manage customer service;
- Ensure that spaces are safe, clean and operational during opening hours for the public;
- Provide feedback on the ‘End of Day’ report;
- All other related tasks related to this position.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- English is mandatory. French an asset;
- Be courteous at all times;
- Neat appearance and good physical condition (due to long working hours);
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred;
- Experience with point of sale softwares such as Shopify, Clover, Square;
- Experience in arts and culture or entertainment an asset;
- Available evenings and weekends;
- Available for training May 26th 2025.
- Organized, punctual, energetic, and welcoming.

Excellent customer service and experience with virtual reality equipment, as well as, experience in customer service will be taken into consideration, as well as the ability to work independently and show initiative.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
