Note:
we are looking for someone who could dedicate himself/herself solely to this job and is not employed anywhere else.

Availability - 7 days a week

Job - You will be required to perform your duties for few hours in the evening. But you must be able to come whenever called before or after that.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
- Perform general electrical maintenance and plumbing etc.
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Install appliances and equipment
- Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues

**Maintenance Worker Requirements**:

- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month
