**Position Overview**

Join our dynamic team this summer as a Lead Generator—an essential role in driving solar growth across Regina. You’ll walk in areas where we’ve recently installed systems or are currently working, engage with homeowners, and introduce them to the benefits of solar. You’ll be the spark that connects them with our solar agents
- Hours: Part-time (4-5 hours per day)
- Wage: $20/hr + commission
- Estimated earnings: Up to $29/hr with commissions

**What You’ll Do**
- Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to generate interest in solar energy
- Educate homeowners on Prairie Sun Solar’s offerings and free consultation process
- Schedule meetings between interested homeowners and our solar sales agents
- Maintain accurate lead records using our tools and software

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, with a positive attitude
- Comfort with door-to-door outreach - motivated by targets and results-driven
- Ability to work independently in outdoor settings
- Proficiency with mobile devices for logging leads and scheduling

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Regina, SK or nearby
- Reliable transportation to/from work areas
- Available 4-5 hours daily, primarily during daylight hours

**What We Offer**
- $20/hr base + commissions on each lead that converts to a meeting
- Realistic summer earnings potential: $29+/hr
