Machine Operator in Training Leading to Full

We are seeking two energetic individuals to fill in our manufacturing lines to start immediately. This is a starting position in our company that involves: making boxes, packaging finished products and stacking boxes that weight up to 35 pounds onto pallets. A successful employee would also be trained on machinery operation for a higher responsibility and wage scale with growth in the position.
We offer a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and a regular shift of 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) from 6am to 2:30pm. Desire to work an afternoon shift after a training period would be preferred. The pay has scheduled pay increasing schedule which could cap out at $29.82 per hour + RRSP contributions and benefits.

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to perform heavy lifting and order picking tasks efficiently.
- Experience in warehouse distribution and management systems.
- Mechanical knowledge with a background in operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing machine operator role is a plus.
