The ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Multitasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.

**The Day to Day**
- Welcoming newly hired employees and managing the onboarding process to ensure great employee experience.
- Create and update records, enter new hire information.
- Coordinate and schedule employee training
- Align new employees with managers and schedulers.
- Serve as the primary contact person for recruiting and newly hired employees.
- Answer any questions and provide support to new hires about onboarding and training.
- Create various types of letters.

**What you bring**
- College Diploma in business admin or HR related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office word, Power Point and Excel
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in reception/administrative duties.
- Proven ability to be a self-starter, go getter and take initiative.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Be available to work flexible hours based on office needs.
- Able to adapt to changes and duties assigned.
- Previous office administrative experience considered an asset,
- Having previous experience with Winteam scheduling software is considered an asset.
