**LANDSCAPE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER**
- Lead crew performing maintenance of commercial and residential properties
- Pruning, cultivating, weeding, mowing, trimming using a vast array of machinery
- Utilize electrically powered maintenance equipment primarily as well as some gas-powered equipment.
- Participate in data tracking pertaining to: organic waste recycling, emissions use and other environmental measures.
- Utilize GIS/Workforce based reporting system to communicate work completed to management as well as to clients.
- Accountable for the overall quality of the sites they are responsible for. This includes identifying areas in need of repair, additional work, and enhancement

**QUALIFICATTIONS**
- G License - A MUST
- 3-5 years Grounds Maintenance experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
