**Responsibilities**

You will operate in a similar capacity to Spock in the USS Enterprise.

You will be directly partnered with 1 or more business units / products and will enable / advise them with data and your data science capabilities to drive success.

**Your day to day will consist of**:

- Data Modeling (Kimball/Ross)
- Machine Learning
- Generative AI
- Experimentation
- Dashboard Building (streamlit)
- Data Deep Dives
- Metrics
- Data Pipelines
- Opportunity Sizing

More directly - it will consist of doing whatever possible to maximize the likelihood and magnitude of the success of the unit / team that you are partnered with.

**Job Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3+ Years
- **Tools**: Python, SQL, streamlit (bonus)
- **Soft Skills**: excellent communicator (written and verbal), stakeholder management, storytelling (bonus)
- **Hard Skills**: first principles thinking / problem solving (ex: proving a math theorem), product analytics, experimentation, data modelling (kimball / ross), data deep dives (understanding the why and how it affects the business), ML, generative AI, opportunity sizing, Dashboard Building, creation / management of data pipelines
- Ownership Mentality_

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
