We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Sushi Chef to join our team of Japanese and International kitchen team. **Job description** As a member of Shoku's team of Sushi Chefs, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the Sushi menu as well as other popular Izakaya dishes from Japan and other parts of Asia in a dynamic kitchen setting. You will have the opportunity to work with skilled Japanese and international chefs while expanding your cooking repertoire. Minimum 3 years of comprehensive experience in either a Japanese or Asian restaurant serving a Sushi menu. Sound Asian food knowledge / preparation / plating experience / Sushi proficiency are important assets. You must be a team player, punctual, clean, organized and efficient. Food safety certification is an asset. Please note that your resume should include your most up to date work with accurate dates to support it.
