**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with management to investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and inspections.
- Utilize construction management software to track safety compliance and manage documentation effectively.
- Build relationships with team members to promote a proactive approach to workplace safety.

**Requirements**:

- NCSO or Certificate in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a safety role within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role in an industrial setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: Up to $52.50 per hour
