**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading staff training and mentoring to ensure outstanding service delivery
- Overseeing drink, food, and service quality
- Enforcing health, safety, and AGCO compliance protocols
- Managing high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact
- Fostering a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
- Participating in promotional events and team initiatives

- High school diploma (preferred)
- Previous restaurant and/or management experience

- A team-first mindset and leadership finesse
- Physical stamina for a high-energy environment
