This role integrates best practices in case management with Christian mentoring principles, supporting holistic restoration—spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical. The Case Manager equips volunteers, supports parolees, and collaborates with institutional and community partners to foster dignity, hope, and meaningful change.
Purpose of the Position
The NOLA Case Manager exists to ensure that no person re-entering the community walks alone. Collaboration & Advocacy
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with Social Program Officers (SPOs), Parole Officers (POs), institutional staff, and community partners.
