**Oxford Cattle has a Program Administration/Dispatch position open**
**Oxford Cattle is an expanding Cattle farm. We are looking for an individual to assist in the daily operations activities of the office. This job requires an individual that is organized, self-motivated, quick learner, with good communication skills and great attention to detail. Able to adapt to new challenges as they arise.**
**Principle Responsibilities**:
Calf Program:
- Calf route - communicating with farms across southwestern Ontario each week. Organizing a route for pick ups.
- Promotion and expansion of Route including exhibits and trade booths.
- Creating accurate payouts for farms.
- Cattle records for Gov programs and monthly report to the veal association
Trucks/equipment:
- Ensuring farm truck drivers complete proper pre drive inspection. That each truck has proper paperwork and inspections are up to date.
- IFTA reports.
- Making sure that repairs and inspection e-test are being done in a timely manner and all repairs are being documented.
- Other general office administration
**Preferred Skills**:
- Understanding of Ontario trucking rules and regulations
- accounting software knowledge
- exceptional in Adobe and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills with Excellent communication
- Strong focus and excellent attention to detail
- Customer service/telephone etiquette
- Great initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group.
