**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- General landscaping and grounds maintenance of large tree covered property
- Snow Removal (plow roadways, shovel walkways)
- General building maintenance (painting, cleaning, minor repair work)
- Maintain a level of cleanliness of camp property including buildings (cleaning washrooms, emptying guest garbage)
- Handyman experience is an asset

**Qualifications**
- Willingness to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends and holidays as the business needs. We operate 365 days a year.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work independently and direct a small team of 2-5 people if necessary
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
