**Muse Cannabis** is currently seeking a Store Manager**for our Downtown Granville location in Vancouver.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including hiring, team building, KPIs and compliance while working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the store’s success.

We build our team with positive-minded people, each bringing their own skills and talents to a collaborative work culture in order to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage store operations, including inventory and merchandising needs, to ensure Muse standards are upheld.
- Hiring, onboarding and training all team members on work procedures and policies.
- Mentor and coach the team through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews and goal setting to foster learning and growth.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including procurement, HR and Marketing to ensure store needs are met.
- Create and manage schedules according to business needs while considering all requests.
- Build authentic relationships with guests and lead the team to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Champion team-building activities and education opportunities for your team.
- Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations.
- Ensure health & safety and cleaning standards are being upheld at all times
- Deal with guest requests or complaints professionally and respectfully.
- Drive store-level KPI's and overall results. Understand sales reports and communicate with the team to identify sales trends and inventory requirements

**Work requirements**:

- Valid Selling it right.
- Working knowledge of Cannabis and a passion for the industry
- Retail management experience.
- Passion for developing people.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

$65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
