**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Inspect residential and commercial buildings and premises to identify wildlife issues, entry points, extent of damage and repairs
- Determine scope of work and provide client with action plan and price estimates
- Perform exclusion, trapping and relocation services in accordance with government regulations
- Advise clients on wildlife proofing solutions to prevent further issues
**Requirements**:
- Minimum one year of experience as a wildlife specialist
- Comfortable working at heights
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid Ontario structural pest control license
